Saturday Nov. 25th


Dear Fans,
Well Becky and I had a great night out on Wednesday, but we were without camera. The limo dropped us off and we made quite the entrance. We Had a warm crowd response. I never even saw the rink. We just walk around the venue and met with fans and took pictures. We met up with some cop friends; they hopped in the limo with us and we took off to this place Maggi O's. The place was huge, and I guess due to the Guns and Hoses event the place was wall to wall with police and fire fighters. I ended up getting separated from my group. I hate when that happens. I just sat up front by the door until Becky came looking for me. I figured we would just keep missing each other if we were both walking around. Thanksgiving Day was wonderful. I went to the University Club. They had an amazing spread. I'd never seen anything like it. I made sure not to over eat. I did that one year after the Nationals... and OMG it's terrible. I've over eaten 1 1/2 times. I know my limit, believe me I wanted more. The weekend has just been great. The weather is awesome Clear, sunny, in the 60's. AHHHH gives me an excuse to laze around except I don't know how to do that. I been training myself, clients and doing massage over the weekend to help pay for some of my upcoming expenses. I have to get this tooth looked at this week. I go to Cali next weekend and I'm afraid this filling may fall out. I've had my eye on it since the Europa in AUG. With my luck, it will jump out while I'm training with the Trainer of Champions, Charles Glass! My weekends are jammed packed until after the New Year. The next 2 weekends after Charles are Chiropractic seminars, then Christmas and New Year's. I'm going to be pooped. My training is going well. I'm still hanging at 155. It's mostly my fault because I haven't been a good eater. Just not up to 7 meals yet. I'm getting in 5-6 meals. I plan to be 165 by the time the Arnold comes around. I will be big and full!! The office is doing great and Cassie still doing her job better and better. We've had a couple set backs with the damn insurance companies. they play such games. She is now on to them!! They try to confuse the provider with paper work after paper work until they finally deny payment because it took to long. This has Cassie pulling her hair out mad!!
