Dear Fans,
I’m finally getting back to being Dr. Dena. The office is off the hook right now. Cassie is continuing to help me move forward. We are getting her ready for her second figure show.. The Beverly show in Kentucky. She will be in attendance with me at the Arnold this year. I want her to get the buzz from all the Energy, so she has something to excite her for her show; She will be 4 weeks out at the Arnold.
I must say that I’m totally enjoying my off season. On Sunday, I went to have beer and wings with my friend Mary. It was GEAT… but I paid the next day!!! My schedule is a bit strange this week due to the Holiday. I’m going to this local event on Wednesday called Guns and Hoses. It’s a boxing match between the Police and Fire Fighters. It’s going to be a great time. Becky and I are going to be escorted by Limo for the evening. I’m going to re use the TUX outfit and then put it to rest.. Another outfit that has to be burned!! LOL... We plan on starting out at Clayton Jbucks for Happy Hour. I have never been there .. But everyone talks about its happy hour. Then off to the event. I will be marketing myself this evening as a Professional Bodybuilder.. Not so much a Chiropractor. My intentions is to draw some business to my web site. Here I don’t really market myself so much as a Bodybuilder… I’m Dr. Dena here, who is also a bodybuilder. I curious to see the crowd reaction to my physique. They are a bit conservative here. I’m from Florida… so anything goes! Becky has reservations at the University Club for Thanksgiving dinner. At 12 you can think of me sitting high above the city of Saint Louis over looking it’s beauty and enjoying the love of my closest friends. Off to the office. I wish you all a wonderful Holiday.
