Dear Fans,

Before I even open my email account, I wanted to get on here and write to you. The computer starts to become my enemy... more things to take care of. Those of you who are still waiting to get on my space, I am taking care of that today.

So, I've been to the Arnold and back. It was great to see my fans. I appreciate all of you coming to my booth to say hi. I had a great time as usual. It's a lot of fun, but I am there to work, so running from the booth to photo shoots and back was difficult. I think the Arnold had an all time high attendance. It was soo busy. I literally had to shove people as I made my way through the crowd. People always talk how selfish the sport of bodybuilding is... I always disagreed because I never considered myself to be selfish. Well, I'll tell you this... I'm one selfish person!! As the years go on, I become more and more selfish, or into my self and my life. I don't really see this as a bad quality though.. my mom always told me me " only you can take care of yourself." I'll give you an example of my selfishness... these are the word I hear come out of my mouth... I have MY training, My patients, My booth, MY fans, My trainer, My dog, My photos, My site, MY business,My house, My family.. and I wounder why I can't find time for any one particular person but ME!!!! Realize... out of the bodybuilding realm.. I have a huge responsibility to my patients. I don't have a job that you can leave at the door. I spend hours before and after work entering data for my business. All of my patients have a close relationship with me and are encouraged to call me anytime on my cell phone. On the weekends, my patients get personal calls from me concerning their issues. My patients appreciate my personal bed side manner which makes it so worth it knowing I do my job the best of my ability at the time. I could be better, but bodybuilding right now takes up the time I need to excel my practice. It's hard having 2 full time jobs that require 100%.

Now for the present and future.. It's an absolutely beautiful day today. I'm looking forward to the time change. I love getting home before dark. I've dropped a bit of weight since the Arnold. I'm sitting at 150 lbs which isn't bad seeing that I have a class to fit into of 135lbs. Charles and I have finally come to terms that the light weight class is best for me. I'm 15 weeks out of the Jan Tana June 23 in NY. I have to still prepare myself for 2 guest posings before hand. You can see my scheduled events on the site. It's time for me to buckle down and prepare for my "break out year." I find that at times I have to just drop all communication and concentrate on my self or I go crazy trying to do too much and stay focused. When I fade away I'm sorry, but it's just for the moment, and I'll be back! I will be in Kentucky for the Beverly show March 23rd. Cassie will be competing in the tall figure class. I'll have a booth set up to meet with fans. If you happen to be coming , please come by and say hi! I appreciate your support... often my fans and this blog is my only outlet. Thank you for being my sounding board. I would like to give a special thank you to my sponsor MHP, Gary, Mark, Joel ( the big guy watching my back), Bob the post man, Tom 9 and Andy for shooting with me, Mike and Nida for their friendship, Cassie for her help, Tony for putting up with my ass! LOL.. Dave, Charles, Jeff and everyone else who is there for ME!!! ME,ME,ME!!! It's all about ME.. makes ya sick doesn't it? Oh well , I'm still a good person, at least I try, but no one is perfect. Thank you again for your support your membership helps out greatly!
