Here I am!! LOL.. Sorry I've been gone so long. I'm just all over the place right now. Many of you have been asking about the movie. Well things just aren't going to work at this time. If you want to check out the details, go to www. myspace.com/amazonrage. The office has been a bit slow which is ok because I need to get caught up and prepare for the Arnold. I get into Columbus at 9:30pm; then the fun will begin. I will be at the MHP booth Friday and Saturday, and I have a couple shoots set up too! I'm really looking forward to getting there and absorbing all the great energy from the people who appreciate what I do. My training is going well. I could use a good shot of motivation... but buzzing around on what I have. I will be training with Charles in 2 weeks. I'm totally looking forward to seeing him. He always just makes me feel great. He is so positive and calm. Everything is feeling pretty good.. my back is much better, I even did squats and press last week. I'm still feeling it!! Well not much more to report at this time... OH! Cassie is trying to get me started on myspace, so I've been slowly working on it. www.myspace.com/denawesterfield.
