Dear Fans,

Sorry I've been distant for a bit. I have been so busy trying to get organized. It is hard running a business, being a doctor, bodybuilder and wife, to myself..lol,. I cleaned out 3 closets this weekend. I just threw so much stuff away. I have to make room for everything I have. I have new bedroom furniture coming Monday afternoon. I had to move my room into the guest room. I've been battling some back pain for the past couple weeks, so moving mattresses and stuff did not feel good. I'm all ready though. My next project hopefully will be to get the boxes organized in my basement, and get rid of my computer grave yard. What do you do with all that old computer stuff anyway. I have lots of gym equipment coming for down there. Soon I'll be all set and never have to leave the house..lol. I'm going to start a new routine in the office. I need to make time for dictation and data entry.. yuck work!! I working on making my travel arrangements for the year... and I'm still trying to find the time to work on my guest posing routines and make a new routine for my upcoming shows. All of these require just MORE time.. I hate to get on here and complain about my problems... they could be a lot worse. I have good problems it's just nerve racking to have so many responsibilities, and spend every waking hour working and rushing. Blah Blah Blah!

On a good note.. my training is going well. My back has been bad but I'm still able to work out. I'm getting great pumps... my weight is slowly climbing which tells me that I'm gaining quality and not a bunch of bloat and water. Life is a roller coaster.. hold on for dear life... I'm okay and this too shall pass. I'll keep in touch and be in better spirits soon. thank you for your support.

Your Pro,

Dr. Dena

I hope you back will get better. Do you plan to do all your training at home or will you still go to the gym as well?
